I am Joanne Reeve, CWD Service Manager for Residential and Short Breaks in Children’s Social Care. I wanted to let you know about an exciting opportunity here in Norfolk, working with children with additional needs. I am looking for individuals who are passionate about improving outcomes for disabled children, working in a new outreach service for children with disabilities in Norfolk.

The outreach service will work across the county with children and young people experiencing learning/physical disabilities and may include those with complex health needs and challenging behaviour.
You will be a highly motivated, resilient and a positive team player with humour and empathy to help children and young people with disabilities thrive and reach their full potential.
The team will work across the whole week (including weekends and bank holidays) and can include unsociable hours, night work, sleep ins and also being part of the on-call rota system. (Additional enhancements are paid for weekends, bank holidays on call and sleep ins).
