The Role:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
- Our kitchen is focused on seasonality and sourcing. Everything is produced daily on-site.
- Assisting with the management & maintenance of health and safety & food hygiene practices.
- Monitoring portion and waste control.
- Keeping section and equipment clean and tidy.
- Managing food purchasing and rotation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- A real passion for cooking high-quality dishes.
- Experience in food safety and hygiene laws, health and safety and allergen regulations.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Can do attitude.
- Flexible, positive and adaptable team player.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure.
