Job Title: Software Support Technician

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000

Job type: Full or part-time, Permanent.

Leading the way in agricultural software, Sum-It is a small and friendly company with over 3500 customers nationally. Our programs are designed to handle all types of farm and rural business enterprises – including software for farm accounts, payroll, dairy, beef, sheep and field records. We are currently expanding our Software Support team in preparation for the launch of our new suite of programs.

The Role & Main Duties:

  • Providing support to customers as they use the software
  • Assessing and resolving software problems
  • Testing new software versions
  • Assisting with data conversion

We need a colleague who will thrive in a team, keen to move their own skills and knowledge forward in a supportive environment. Qualifications are less important to us than finding the right person. A love of the countryside and all things agricultural would be an added bonus!
