Job Title: Soft Landscaper / Aftercare Gardener

Salary: £23k – £30k per annum DOE

Job Description:
We are looking for candidates to work on their own and as part of a team, covering aftercare and soft landscape projects on domestic sites as well as commercial and new build developments that may arise.
Landscape tasks you will be required to carry out include preparation and laying of turf, planting, mulching and irrigation, bed prep.
Aftercare tasks will include mowing/strimming, weeding, pruning, checking the health of all plants and irrigation systems, maintaining the gardens to a high standard and reporting client correspondence and any concerns.
There will also be some supervised hard landscaping as required.
We provide a high level of specialised machinery and tools for your use that you will be required to operate and maintain.
Job Requirements:
- You will be required to work to a high standard and be proactive and flexible in your approach.
- Candidates must have excellent practical skills within garden maintenance and soft landscaping, with a good eye for detail.
- Good communication skills
- A full driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Horticultural qualification
- 2 years minimum garden/grounds aftercare/maintenance experience
