G8 for ASYE Social Workers: £32,909 – £37,261 per annum

We are currently have a vacancies for experienced and ASYE social workers across locality, Mental Health and Intermediate Care Services.
About the role:
- To improve outcomes for adults with care and support needs and carers.
- To undertake effective strengths based assessments, planning and direct work with adults with care and support needs and carers that identifies needs in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policy and procedures.
- To practice social work in a transparent, accountable and safe way in accordance with professional standards, ethics and values.
- To undertake safeguarding duties as required to protect adults with care and support needs from abuse or neglect.

- 28 days paid annual holiday (pro-rata for part time staff) in addition to Bank Holidays. This goes up to 33 days when you have worked with us for 5 years
Supervision
It is essential that as frontline practitioners in Adult Social Care you have time and space to reflect on and examine the work you do with adults, families and carers, to think through the work itself and your practice and the way this affects you. Our commitment to you is that all frontline practitioners will receive monthly supervision.
