Job Title: Site Lead Technician

Salary: £19.09 / hour – £37,722 pa

Location: This role will include working onsite in various locations in the UK

  • £19.09/hour – £37722pa
  • Overtime rates – time+quarter in week, time+half Saturday, double time Sunday
  • Overnight allowance £30 per night
  • Sustenance expenses up to £25 per day
  • Death in service cover – twice annual salary
  • Annual company bonus (at Directors discretion depending on company performance)

What you need:

  • Involvement with development of RAMS, especially regarding the safe ethos of work. RAMS must be fully reviewed and understood prior to going to site. Any areas of concern must be addressed prior to installation.
  • Ensure adequate installation equipment is requested/taken, prior to the job commencement date. Involvement in the organisation, management and supervision of deliveries and collections.
  • Liaise with SAP/customer on site, and act with professionalism.
  • Ensure hazards not captured during the development of the RAMS are identified, assessed, and adequately controlled using the Point of Work Risk Assessment (POWRA)
  • Check over all work prior to getting signed off by customer
  • Safety/ Environmental accident and incident reporting, if applicable and ensure adequate emergency equipment is available (including First Aid and Spill kits)
  • Make sure all equipment is calibrated and PAT tested and keep track of tools allocated to them/their van
  • Management of equipment Temporary chargers/ distribution boards, fuse boxes, appliance trolleys, pallet trucks and lift equipment need to be booked out, so we can asset track them
