Job Title: Site Foreman

About us:
Rm Construction & Developments Ltd is an established groundwork, construction and landscaping company, working on high-end individual developments, with sites situated predominantly in the southeast.
With our office based in Sevenoaks, Kent, we work on high end individual residential developments, situated predominantly throughout the Southeast.
This is a varied role and could offer long term prospects for the right person, who wants to join our established team.
Requirements:
- Management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
- The ability to work with a wide range of professionals.
- An understanding of Health and Safety and First Aid.
- Relevant CSCS card.
- SSYS or SMSTS qualification.
- Working with the RM team on site, as well as managing the team.
- Full clean Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel (predominantly southeast). Overnight stats are sometimes required.
Day to Day Duties Will Include:
- Organising workers on site.
- Organising tools, plant, and machinery – working with the procurement team in the office.
- Supervising construction activities.
- Identifying materials and equipment that is required.
- Ensuring the construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
- Ensuring that contractors are properly co-ordinated.
- Ensuring the tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Taking responsibility for health and safety on site.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate site reports.
- Communicating the project progress to the project managers and key people.
