Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm / Friday 8am-3:30pm
A bit about us:
L C Signs, is a specialist design and manufacturing sign company with an experienced team who produce high quality signs. L C Signs fabricate signs from a wide range of materials, such as stainless steel, aluminium, pvc, acrylic, timber and vinyl – illuminated or non-illuminated using LEDs, neon or fluorescent tubes.
The Position:
LC Signs is looking for an ‘all-rounder’ sign maker to work within our Vinyl / Artwork room to join our busy team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing vinyl for application including cutting and weeding.
- Printing and laminating of graphics.
- Sign Making duties include ‘in house’ vinyl graphics production, application and basic fabrication of signs.
- Occasionally assisting in other areas (i.e., Assembly) of company as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Experience using a digital printer.
- Experience in preparation and application of vinyl and digital graphics (i.e. cutting, weeding and applying).
- Be self-motivated with good communication and organisational skills and need minimum supervision.
- Experience using design/plotting software (knowledge of Illustrator and Flexi Sign or similar sign software).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Be willing to work flexible hours if needed.
- Keen eye for details.
