The company is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers. They are currently looking for a reliable Service Support Administrator to join their Service Department in order to ensure effective customer service delivery across their national contracts and maintain their good reputation as a leading independent lift service and maintenance provider
The Role:
As the Service Support Administrator, you will provide support to the Service Area Teams, ensuring the consistent workflow and response to customer demands in line with the Company’s contractual obligations to its existing client base. You will reactively complete work as designated by the Customer Service Manager within the department and administration related tasks and processes, ensuring well maintained record keeping and customer service delivery, as well as providing direct support to the Service Managers and the SMA’s. The Service Support Administrator will assist with incoming calls into the department whilst maintaining a professional manner.
You’ll be expected to professionally communicate with colleagues, engineers, and customers on behalf of the Company and the Key Account Service Manager. You will Interpret and apply written and verbal instructions from the Key Account Service Manager and colleagues.
The role will require you to keep clients updated on outstanding works and manage the respective portals of Key Accounts. You will compile end of day shutdown reports for the Key Accounts; Make up files and folders where required; and to ensure timely and accurate time sheet data entry and the filing there of.
Essential requirements:
- A-C grade GCSE’s (or equivalent) in core subjects with a high standard of Literacy and numeric skills
- A good standard of providing administration support
- Experience / knowledge of using a database.
- A dependable individual who is flexible and adaptable approach towards work to meet deadlines.
