Bethphage is a charitable and specialist provider of support for adults (18+) with learning disabilities. We provide a diverse range of care and support services for more than 150 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health needs across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Our support varies depending on the person’s needs, ranging from two hours a week to 24 hours day and night. We support people in small group settings or on an individual basis. Ultimately, Bethphage’s aims are always the same, offering “Person-Centred” support to help people connect with their community through meaningful activities and interests.
The Role:
We have a rewarding and exciting role available as a Service Manager in the Telford and Bridgnorth area, for an individual who is experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- To manage our Supported Living services in the Telford and Bridgnorth areas on a day to day basis.
- To ensure the support delivered within the services is person centred and that the people we support have choices and opportunities to ensure they are able to live the life they choose.
- To provide line management support to front line support workers.
- To ensure that all processes, protocols and paperwork are compliant to CQC requirements and delivered to the highest standard.

- You might be experienced in a similar role or be looking for career progression from a Team Leader and feel ready for the next step in your career.
- You will be passionate about providing high standards of responsive care to the people we support and ensure that their lives are enjoyable, rewarding and as independent as possible.
- You will be involved leading the day-to-day management of supported living services providing effective management for people with learning disabilities and Autism.
- You will ensure people receive high quality support to develop and maintain their independence, take part in community activities, leisure, education and work opportunities of the persons choice.
