Job Title: Service Administrator

Based in Somerset, the company is a renowned appliance and kitchen retailer with one of the most exciting showrooms and product collections in the country. Due to continued growth, they are presently looking to increase the size of their service team.
The 12,000 square foot destination showroom is home to over 25 kitchen settings and more than 200 working appliances, all displayed over two floors. If successful, you will be working with some of the finest brands available.
Job Duties:
Duties will cover various tasks including, (but not limited to)
- Communicating with customers by telephone and e-mail
- Entering and retrieving information from a computer database, the ordering of spare parts and printing a variety of documents on a daily basis
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literacy
- Pleasant telephone manner
- A strong commitment to customer service is required
Full and ongoing training will be given.
Progression within the department and through the company will be possible for the right candidate. This role could also be expanded to add further duties and responsibility, thereby increasing remuneration.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday shifts between 7.45am and 5.30pm. 40 hours per week in total
