What you’ll do:
- Collate and upload required documentation to customer shared files/ web portal systems
- Monitor priority customer portals for updates and issuing of Work Orders/Purchase Orders
- Arrange permits/authorisations for engineer site visits
- Monitor shared email inbox and distribute emails appropriately
- Provide support for internal sampling process
- Be part of the hunt group for the team and answer customer calls and redirect where required
- Update and submit out of hours data as and when necessary
- Organise hotel and travel bookings in line with business requirements
- Follow IMS processes and procedures and maintain accurate information on ERP system.
- Liaise with Service Coordinator team and other internal departments as necessary to meet customer requirements
