Role Summary
Your main responsibility will be to deliver and manage outbound call activity and exceed our clients targets through education/training, coaching, management and inspirational leadership and manage, and co-ordinate outbound operations to deliver the client’s definitions of success (DOS) and TVC’s business needs.
What will I be responsible for?
- Overachieves clients SLA’s by communicating clear job expectations, planning, monitoring, motivating coaching, and performance development and management.
- Drives the team momentum, passion and enthusiasm about our clients’ products to support achieving the client’s goals.
- Developing, coordinating, and championing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering relevant business, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
We are looking for individuals that are:
- Contact Centre – Proven management experience in Outbound Campaigns
- Communication – Articulate communicator, clear, precise, and emphatic.
- Leadership skills – Develops and inspires their team through empowerment while retaining ownership.
- Interpersonal skills – To be able to communicate well with all TVC teams.
- Problem Solving – Can identify solutions to problems whilst considering financial and business constraints. Identifies areas of risk and follows appropriate company procedure.
- Approachability – To be approachable to all members of staff.
- Supporting Team Members – Builds supportive working relationships within and across teams, contributing willingly and frequently to achieve team objectives.
- Personal excellence – Demonstrates high standards of personal excellence by continually seeking ways to improve performance and setting & working to achieve goals.
- Accountability – Maintains a high level of drive and accountability.
- Adaptability – Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.
- Confidence & Motivation – Self Motivated, takes a positive approach and encourages others to do the same. Demonstrates personal resilience and emotional maturity to overcome setbacks and challenges.
- Technical – Having the necessary level of skill with PC’s and related programmes. Confident in using a variety of systems.
- If you have a background in SMART Metering, it will help.
