Job Title: Corporate and Commercial Sales Executive
Location: NEW Office Located on Preston Docks – PR2 2YP
Salary: Up to £25,000 Basic Salary per annum + Uncapped Commission (Realistic first year OTE of £28,000 – £32,000)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent role, 25 – 37.5 hours per week
Working Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends

Through various digital channels, this role will allow you to successfully reach out to business owners, in niche markets, build new & existing relationships and help them to start the journey to exit their business.

Are you the right person for the job?
If you have/are the following, then the answer is yes!
- Sales experience is preferred, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable B2B or B2C experience
- A team player, with experience of working within a team
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently
- Competent communication skills
- Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude
- Daily account management and ownership of your own pipeline
Experience:
- Telesales: 1 year (required)
What will your role as a Office Sales Executive look like?
- Introducing our business and service to potential clients and arrange appraisal appointments with a view to coming to market
- Working towards meeting and exceeding basic KPI’s
- Gaining an understanding of their business goals for the coming months and years
- Working as a team and individually to meet/exceed individual and team appointment targets
