What does a Senior Residential Care Worker do at Hillingdon?
Merrifield House supports children and young people with learning difficulties and or physical and sensory needs. We are looking for senior staff to lead our shifts and support our amazing children to develop and thrive. This is a happy home where children are encouraged to use the community to develop skills and enjoy life.
About you:
If you are enthusiastic, fun loving and have good leadership skills we would invite you to apply for these posts and come and join our team. You will need at least two years childcare experience and a level 3 in health & social care or are working towards this.
