Job Title: Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Salary package: £44000 – £66000 per annum

We are now looking for an experienced QS to work as a Project Manager / Employers Agent in our Norwich Head office.

Candidate Requirements / Experience in the following:
- You’ll need to be either RICS, CIOB or APM professionally qualified or have an equivalent level of knowledge and have experience with a private practice or consultancy.
- You’ll have significant experience in the role of a Project Manager and / or Employer’s Agent and be able to demonstrate your skills in traditional, Design & Build and NEC procurement and contract administration.
- You’ll have experience in the residential sector and if you’ve worked in other sectors that would be a bonus.
