Global University Systems is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to help build the reputation and success of leading London music and arts degree schools LCCM & LCCA. LCCM is the highest ranked provider of contemporary music performance and music business degrees in the UK by student satisfaction (NSS 2019 – 2022). Sister school LCCA offers degrees from fashion, to business, to graphic design from its own Central London campus in Tower Hill and Aldgate.
We already have a reputation for attracting, nurturing and producing switched on, industry ready talent. LCCM graduates are musicians, songwriters and producers working with the likes of George Ezra, Dua Lipa & Jordan Rakei; artists in their own right like Tom Walker, Rhys Lewis and composer Nicholas Morris Rarity or rising executives at leading music companies like Warner Chappell, Universal Music and Live Nation. LCCA has a broad network of industry connections, such as Christian Louboutin, Calvin Klein Jeans and The Photographer’s Gallery.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing team, ensuring targets are set and achieved and that the workload is prioritised effectively. Particular focus will be on lead generation targets, full control of the marketing budget, consumer journey and integration of all marketing activities alongside sales and the International Business Development Team.
You will need to have a ‘hands on’ perspective, working with the schools and key stakeholders as well as the marketing/sales team, ensuring targets are set and achieved, and that work load is prioritised effectively. Particular focus is on lead generation targets, full control of marketing budget, consumer journey and integration of all marketing activities to meet student recruitment targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent digital marketing skills by developing and executing marketing initiatives for the procedural areas of responsibility.
