Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Woking
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Permanent/Full-time (after six-month trial period)
City & Financial Global, a research-based commercial conference production company is looking to recruit a new member of staff to join the Marketing Team. After successful completion of the initial six month, fixed-term contract, there will be the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff in this expanding company.
The role:
We are looking for someone who lives locally (as the candidate will be required to work 2-3 days per week at the office, and the other days from home). The candidate will need to have a number of years marketing experience (if this is within the events industry, this will be considered an advantage). A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes will be needed. Basic knowledge of social media marketing and experience using a content management system would also be beneficial. The candidate should be hard working, organised and a team-player.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for individual conferences
- Analysis of existing database and new data acquisition for each campaign (potential delegates)
- Arrange media partnerships with relevant associations to help promote each event
- Work closely with the web designer to produce event website, flyers and other promotional materials
- Liaise with the social media manager to align campaigns
- Use reporting function of our CMS to evaluate effectiveness of campaign on weekly basis
