Job Title: Senior Lighting Technician
Location: Tunbridge Wells Town Centre
Salary: £28,633 per annum
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Evenings/Full Time/Weekends
Hours: 37 hours per week.

The Assembly Hall Theatre is a thriving receiving house with over 300 productions a year in a wide variety of genres.
What you will have
- Successful experience working in a similar environment
- You will have a strong lighting background with an advanced skillset of ETC EOS programming and operation
- Knowledge and experience with lighting design
- Strong and proven experience of working with external suppliers and partners in order to maintain the theatre’s lighting equipment
- Ability to quickly develop good working relationships with touring companies to ensure excellent customer service
- Ability to build trust and confidence with a wide variety of people
What you will be responsible for
- Lead the theatre’s lighting team, and run the lighting department
- Mentor and help train the theatre’s technicians in lighting skills
- Program the EOS family lighting desk for live performances, create lighting states and cues which incorporate the venues intelligent lighting fixtures and create lighting designs
- Set-up, focus and operate lighting for live performances and carry out pre-rigs to required standards and on time
