Job Title: Senior HR Adviser (working within Corporate Affairs Organisational Development & Improvement)
Location: Harrogate
Grade: £32,910 – £35,745 pro rata
Hours: 18.5 per week
Job Share: Working Wednesday to Friday

About the role:
This role presents an opportunity to join the Employee Relations team during an exciting time and will provide you with an opportunity to work with the HR Manager and wider team to contribute to the ongoing development of the service.
You must have the ability to work effectively with managers, be a confident communicator with the ability to persuade others, build relationships and provide sound advice.
About you:
As an experienced HR professional, qualified to CIPD level 7, with significant previous experience and a comprehensive knowledge of employment law, you will be required to support the HR Manager with the delivery of key projects.
You will also give advice to managers across the whole range of employee relations issues, including more complex cases, as well as supporting organisational change initiatives and TUPE, developing policies and management training whilst sharing your knowledge and experience with other members of the team.
