Job Title: Senior Family Law Solicitor
Location: Bridgend
Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per annum

Endeavour Law, is a prominent Family Law firm based in Wales, their core beliefs have been key to the creation of their organisation’s culture: they believe that professional legal advice and assistance should be both affordable and accessible.
An opportunity has arisen within their firm’s privately funded Family Law department for a senior Family Law Solicitor who is comfortable taking on their own caseload.
The workload will consist of privately funded Family Law matters including:
- Divorce
- Family Finance
- Non-Molestation applications
- Co-habitation
- Children Law matters.
Applicants with experience of managing more junior solicitors will be prioritised as this role expects individuals to supervise / assist more junior members of the firm.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- 5 years’ post-qualification experience within Family law.
Applicants with the following are encouraged to apply:
- Ability to handle difficult matters in a non-confrontational manner.
- Qualification in higher rights of audience.
- Experience in other areas of law including employment and litigation.
