Main purpose of role:
The role of Senior Digital Marketing Executive will help manage our digital platforms and digital marketing activity. This role will report into our Head of Digital and be instrumental in helping us develop our digital channels and future digital growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Digital with the Iteration of UX, UI Designs and user testing of new functionality to ensure we are developing optimised online customer journeys
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital and Marketing in the development of and management of all online marketing assets
- Be responsible for the digital marketing execution across multiple channels
- Proactively contribute to both plans and development programs for ecommerce and digital marketing
- Be responsible for updating and maintaining our online platforms delivering against our digital KPI’s in relation to site performance and sales
- Be responsible for all production tasks for email marketing via our ECRM tool, collaborating closely with marketing to ensure we are on plan and delivering standout comms to customers
- Support the Head of Digital with building out our data strategy, ensuring best practice methods for data capture and management, across the business
- Be the day-to-day support to the Head of Digital in the management of Digital Agencies and tasks across site development, paid marketing and SEO
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to gain understanding and alignment on operations and customer feedback
- Be responsible for the execution and sharing of all reporting and data analysis that’s associated with digital marketing execution
- Complete all new ecommerce campaign launch set ups and product updates, including merchandising tasks for optimised online journeys

- CIM (specialising in digital marketing)

Experience /Knowledge:
(Essential):
- 2+ years minimum of Digital Marketing experience in a similar role
- CMS/ content editing knowledge
- Email Marketing/Platform management (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Copy writing
- Analytics
- Excel
(Desirable):
- Experience gained in a FMCG environment
- CRM knowledge
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience and understanding of AB testing
- SEO practices
- Paid Marketing
