We currently have an exciting opportunity to join East Suffolk Council’s Customer Experience Team as Senior Customer Research and Engagement Officer.
About the role:
This role will focus on growing our customer experience insight, designing and implementing a range of research and engagement programme at East Suffolk Council to understand customer’s needs, expectations, and experience. You will use this research in addition to customer services operational data to make improvements, ensuring our services are effective, efficient and place our customers at the very heart of what we do.
You will also be responsible the day-to-day line management of members of the Customer Experience Team identifying training needs, undertaking 1:1’s, sickness monitoring and coaching and mentoring. You will also deputise for the Customer Liaison and Improvement Manager, attending meetings as required and assisting with project work and research.
About you:
Supervisory experience will be essential, as will experience in gathering and analysing customer research and engagement data. You will also need strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills, initiative and an innovative solution focused approach.
