Job Title: Senior Consultant – Engineering and Project Management
Location: Cleator Moor
Salary: £35k – £50k per annum (depending on experience)
Job type: Full Time – Permanent.

The Role/Candidate:
You will work independently and with other members of the team, customers, and partners, to research and analyse information, engage stakeholders, solve complex problems, and present information. You will have responsibility for building client relationships, developing new opportunities, leading, managing and delivering consultancy projects and supporting overall management of the business.

Key Requirements:
- Lead, manage and deliver a varied portfolio of technically challenging consultancy projects ranging from strategy development through to supporting on-site project implementation.
- Act with a high degree of professionalism leading clients and staff to make a real and positive difference to project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to generate long term, sustainable success.
- Lead and promote the development of technical competence within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be:
- Educated to graduate level degree in relevant discipline preferred.
- Able to demonstrate previous experience in consultancy, engineering, technical and/or project management roles. Previous nuclear or other highly regulated industry experience may be an advantage but is not essential.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to make things happen.
- Able to rationalise and solve complex problems.
- An excellent oral and written communicator.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate ability to lead and influence people.
