Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager / Employer’s Agent

Salary: £45000 – £65000 per annum

The role:

We operate from our offices in Norwich, Cambridge, Chelmsford and London and act for Clients throughout the East, East Midlands, South East of England and Greater London area, providing the full range of Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) services for a wide spectrum of public, private and commercial clients. Candidate Requirements / Experience in the following:
You’ll need to be either RICS, CIOB or APM professionally qualified and have experience with a private practice or consultancy. You’ll have significant experience in the role of a Project Manager and / or Employer’s Agent and be able to demonstrate your skills in traditional, Design & Build and NEC procurement and contract administration. You’ll have experience in the commercial / industrial and residential sectors and if you’ve worked in other sectors that would be a bonus.
