Job Title: Senior Associate, Editorial and Events Co-ordinator

The company is currently recruiting a Senior Associate, Editorial and Events Co-ordinator to join the team in London.
The Role:
The Senior Associate is focused on the management and co-ordination of the events organised by the Funds Europe section of the company as well as the management and co-ordination of webinars and sponsored surveys organised by the business as a whole. The individual fulfilling this role has broad responsibility to achieve this but must operate within the governance and operating requirements of the company and the general Group of companies to which it belongs.
The role will include, but not be restricted to, the following:
- Organising and scheduling events/roundtables, booking venues and suppliers; and liaising with speakers and sponsors in collaboration with Business Development and Editorial work streams
- Creating event/roundtables pages with essential information and for registration, sending out invites and promotion of event/roundtables via social media
- Creating materials for event/roundtables, liaising with designer, proofing and arranging for print
- Organising and ensuring the sign off of all transcripts from roundtables
- Promotion of non-company organised events at which they’re either sponsoring, involved with or speaking at
- Organising, scheduling and creating webinars, assist with the collation of marketing materials and presentation slides, promotion of webinars and assist with post webinar write-up
- Organising and scheduling surveys, liaising with Business Development and Editorial work streams and with clients to agree survey questions, creating surveys, sending out surveys and promotion of surveys via social media, downloading survey results and assisting with the production of its findings
- Assisting with the execution of the Marketing & Events Aims and Objectives
- Responsibility for the quality of work produced for prospects and clients and ensuring that the current best practices of the business are employed at all times
Specific Responsibilities and Requirement:
- Understand fully the entirety of the business propositions of the company
- Understand the business operations of the organisation
- At times participate in discussions relating to the development of the business
- Be aware of the potential for conflicts to emerge in the various aspects of the company and the larger Group as a whole. In particular, through effective governance of the business area, for which line management responsibility is held, to facilitate escalation of any identified or potential conflicts to enable an appropriate course of action and client engagement to be determined, reflected in an update of the conflicts policy
