Under relatively new ownership, the Bank is growing rapidly. It is fast becoming the go-to Bank for the evangelical church in the UK who want to ensure their money is used for Kingdom purposes.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our Information, Technology and Systems team at our offices in Beeston, Nottingham.

Most of the Bank’s team members are committed Christians, and the successful applicant for this role will at least be sympathetic to the Christian faith, even if not a committed Christian themselves.

The Bank is a close-knit and hard-working team of around 50 people. About the role:

A detail-oriented data focused individual, responsible for owning the data estate, analysing and interpreting data and providing insights to the business. You will be responsible for the continued development of our business-wide integrated reporting strategy, suggesting upgrades/updates as necessary which will ensure embedded success.

You are expected to work closely with the CIO and other business leaders and heads of teams to drive continued excellence through the design and generation of reports, as well as work with the business analyst to identify trends and patterns to help improve business operations by driving efficiency. You will be instrumental in the success of any data migration processes as we seek to drive business growth.

Hours of Employment

35 hours per week to be agreed under company flexible working policy, but generally expected to be Mondays to Fridays and between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

27 days paid holidays (excluding bank holidays), with the opportunity to purchase an additional five days’ holiday per annum.

Place of Employment

Role to be based at the Bank’s office: Media House, Padge Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2RS. Remote working arrangements by agreement in accordance with the Bank’s flexible working policy. There is an expectation of at least 4 office-based days per month dependent on the role.

Remuneration Package

Salary, dependent on skills and experience, between £38,000 to £42,000.

Salary sacrifice pension scheme: 9% of salary on an unmatched basis and up to 4% of total salary on a matched basis.

Other benefits in accordance with the Bank’s People Policy on completion of probation, including travel loan scheme, electric vehicle salary sacrifice leasing scheme, payroll giving scheme, additional holiday purchase, private medical insurance and death in service benefit.

Occupational Requirement

This role has not been assessed as carrying an Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian however you should be able and willing to support the wider ethos of the Bank, as set out in the Bank’s Code of Conduct.
