Role Overview:
You will be joining a dedicated Admissions team with a real flair for outstanding customer service, welcoming visitors to Her Majesty’s Fortress, The Tower of London.
Selling tickets to visitors, you will ensure that they all receive a warm and friendly welcome, whilst providing them with everything they need to ensure they enjoy their visit to the full.
As part of the team, you will be a welcoming presence on Tower Hill and at the entrance, directing and engaging with visitors, answering questions and helping to enrich their experience.
The Candidate:
- Need to be a team player, who is used to a busy working environment and can remain calm under pressure
- Friendly, professional and be able to communicate effectively with all different kinds of people
- Dynamic and experienced customer service provider, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Working Hours and Salary:
Over 5 days Monday – Sunday
- FT 36 hrs per week (£19,750 per annum pro rata)
- PT 30 hrs per week (£10.55 per hour)
