Job Title: Schools Liaison Officer (Recruitment & Conversion)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £29,605 – £32,982 per annum – SS4

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

The Role:

It’s an exciting time to be joining University College Birmingham. We are rapidly expanding our higher education and further education courses and as part of our growing School Liaison and UK recruitment team, you will play a key part on that journey.

With a passion for education, you will be responsible for developing and delivering your own school and college account management plan within the Wider West Midlands region primarily: Walsall, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire. You will work with current identified schools to foster strong relationships, driving recruitment and conversion activities.

You will work as part of a team, visiting the office based in Birmingham City Centre and delivering on campus events to support our wider UK recruitment plan and outreach activity.

You will have the opportunity to travel to Higher Education recruitment exhibitions and training activities across the UK, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.

You will have a flexible approach to work and ability to travel within your region, across the UK and to the Birmingham City Centre office in this exciting and versatile role.

Reporting to the Senior Schools Liaison Officer, you will form part of the Schools Liaison Team and wider recruitment team, working closely with events, outreach and marketing colleagues.
