Job Title: Sales Invoicing Assistant
Location: Harlow
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Position: Full Time, Permanent
The Company is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Support Assistant to join them starting as soon as possible. They pride themselves on customer service so the ideal candidate will have experience in liaising with customers via telephone and e-mail.
Job Purpose:
The main job purpose is to assist the commercial team with administrative task including order processing, taking in-bound calls.
You will be responsible for all invoicing tasks relating to all customers within the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices
- Communicate with customers and suppliers
- Process automated and manual invoices
- work with customer service, account management, transport and finance personnel to resolve billing issues
- File documents
- Ensure all purchase orders are assigned to third party orders
- Ensure correct purchase order numbers are assigned to customers’ orders
- Book in courier collections on both Freight route and APC
KPI’s:
- Incoming Calls
- Orders Processed
- Order Accuracy
- 3rd Party Maximise
The successful Candidate will have/ be:
- Prior experience of working within an admin role preferable
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Believes in and exhibits good customer care
- Written and oral communication skills
- Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
- Competent in Microsoft Office products including Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Drive, determination and ownership of role
