The role:

Our busy office is looking for a full-time administrator to fit into our friendly team; based in Esher, Surrey.  The position is full time, office based, so a local person is essential.

This position is a varied and busy role requiring you to multitask and be well organised.  You will work closely in a team environment to ensure smooth running of training course provision from scheduling through to completion.

The role requires accurate and efficient administration relating to the provision of training courses from the initial enquiry through to booking training dates with our clients.  Duties will include liaising closely with our clients and training consultants by email and phone, arranging consultant travel and accommodation, prepare and distribute pre/post course material (e.g. course notes/certificates) and assistance with promoting the company’s services to prospective clients.  Accuracy in entering and maintaining data into our CRM system (Salesforce) is essential (full training will be provided).

This role incorporates additional office duties, such as answering telephone enquiries, and supporting colleagues with administration, such as booking health and wellbeing one-to-one treatments for clients through our network of clinics.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Multi-tasker who can organise themselves and priorities tasks effectively
  • Lots of common sense
  • Professional and confident phone manner and be able to speak to people across all levels of an organisation
  • Ensure customer service excellence by both phone and email
  • Attention to detail
  • Touch type more than 60 wpm.
