Salary: 22k – 25k depending on experience

About the role:

We are currently looking for a driven Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team and help us work towards maximising sales within our successful organisation.

The position of Sales Support Administrator will be primarily involved in supporting new business development and existing customer engagement to expand sales operations whilst providing high quality customer service. With proven experience within a sales environment, the post holder will feel at ease working as a strong team member in a busy and fast paced operation providing full sales administrative support. Working hours Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Polite and professional sales call handling
  • Chase up, monitor and prepare accurate repeat quotations, ensuring timely delivery to clients
  • Accurately process data and maintain client records
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Manage client enquiries in a responsive manner
  • Ensure completion of approved lists, PQQs and Tenders
  • Respond to all leads in an efficient manner

About you:

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Desirable

  • Hands on experience with CRM software
  • Experience in using online Tender portals
  • Experience in construction/steeplejack trade
