Job Title: Sales & Service Co-ordinator

Location: Ashington, West Sussex, RH20 2LW

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum plus bonus + 25 Days Holiday

Job type: Full Time, Permanent

We are one of the UK’s most respected suppliers of high-quality hydraulic excavator attachments for sale or hire, serving customers across a wide range of industry.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Service and Parts Manager, supporting the department with all administration aspects to ensure all tasks are completed in line with targets. Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Key Duties:

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries regarding parts & repairs
  • Co-ordination and liaising with workshops on new orders, repairs and servicing
  • Provide a high level of service to customers – through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing advice
  • Obtain quotes from third party suppliers for non-stock items required for orders and repairs
  • Assist with processing warranty claims
  • Liaising with inhouse transport for customer sales & repair collections/deliveries
  • Weekly reviews of advice notes and customer quotes
  • Maintain / update CRM system with timely & accurate data
  • Follow up parts delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, including upselling
  • Passing all sales leads to the Internal Sales Team
  • General admin for the Service & Parts Manager
  • Taking full ownership of your own performance against targets
  • General ad-hoc admin duties

  • Personable, confident, self-starter able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi task & remain calm in difficult or pressurised situation
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM system
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Great Team Player

The candidate must live within a commutable distance of Ashington.
