Job Title: Sales Project Coordinator

Location: Romsey

Salary: £20K to £24K per annum

Job type: Monday – Friday, 9-5:30, including a 1 hour lunch.

BPC Energy Ltd is an independently owned international corporation, offering an established and effective range of power protection products, services and sells to a very broad spectrum of industries and sectors.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Project Coordinator.

This role will primarily involve liaising with the Operations team / Production and engineering / Internal and external Sales team and UK Customers to enable the company to undertake project fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the UK sales teams to coordinate sales projects from order receipt
  • Liaising with customers after initial sale has been completed to discuss system delivery schedules and project completion plans
  • Liaising with Production to ensure products are pre-booked for final test and that special design builds are on schedule.
  • Liaising with Operations to ensure delivery times for systems and products are on schedule.
  • Aiding the Hardware Sales team with quotations when required
  • Preparing service documentation
  • Hosting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) when necessary to ensure that the system have been built and functions as per client’s requirements.
  • Providing full admin support to the team and excellent customer service to clients

The Candidate:

  • Project coordination experience within similar sectors preferred
  • Problem solving is key for this role so being able to think on your feet is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service/focus
  • Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Solution orientated with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Benefits:

  • 20 days holiday per annum this will increase by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.
