Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Preston (Office Based)
Salary: £24,000 (£30,000 OTE)
Job type: Full time – Permanent. Hours: Mon-Fri (no weekends) 37.5 hours.

The Position:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Negotiator. Key aspects of the role include negotiating multiple offers through outstanding levels of customer services to effectively manage end to end business sales. About the role:
- Contribute to departmental success regarding sales completions and quality of service.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to support our business model.
- Responsible for regularly updating clients through telephone contact maintaining high levels of customer care and professionalism in a busy office environment.
- Ensure press releases are delivered for all completions from sellers and buyers as well as providing quality for sale PR in line with Group Policy.
- To actively promote, the business, the brand and self in a professional, positive manner via social media, LinkedIn, twitter etc.
- Manage and maintain a database of vendor/clients and purchasers.
- Qualify buyers using the correct process, through great communication using open and focused questions.
About you:
You’ll be a great team player with lots of energy and enthusiasm to drive your KPIs.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Estate Agency experience in a similar role.
- Successful experience within target led sales/customer care environment.
- The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders, employees, and clients both internally and externally to the organisation.
- The ability to deliver outstanding customer service by use of phone, email and video calls.
- Able to negotiate and influence within a process over the phone to achieve a positive outcome.
- Excellent organising and planning skills to work proactively, independently or as a team.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Must be flexible with a can-do attitude
