Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Goodmayes – London
Salary: £16,000 to £22,000 plus commission

We are a dynamic estate agency who prioritises customer service while taking an innovative approach to marketing our business and team.
The Role
Highcastle Estates are seeking highly motivated sales negotiators to join our friendly team in our new Goodmayes office. The successful candidate will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, must be able to deliver under pressure, be confident when dealing with applicants and display the attitude and determination to succeed in this fast-paced industry.

Main Responsibilities
- Registering Applicants
- Organise viewings after qualifying buyers
- Undertake viewings
- Negotiate and close deals
- Liaise with vendors and sellers
- Learn the company management systems
- Learn the CRMS
- Canvassing for new business
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers
- Diary Management
The Ideal Candidate
- Full & Clean Driving license is essential
- Sales experience is preferable
- Willing to learn the industry
- Positive, confident and can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Target and sales driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional
- Pro Active
- One year experience in the industry would be an advantage but not essential
