Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum OTE
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
They are an award winning Residential Property Development Company based in Nottingham city centre and they are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team.
This role would suit either an Estate Agent branch Manager, or a Senior Negotiator at estate agency level, or someone that has shown that they can successfully sell in another industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing efficiently with direct warm Sales leads that come in weekly
- Managing a group of sub agents that market and sell their properties
- Ensuring Marketing is accurate and effective
- Managing Sales Progression
- Successfully hitting Sales and Completions targets
- Working closely with the current team and the Operational team, plus the company MD
The Candidate:
- Experience in Estate Agency preferential
- Excellent communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone and email
- Immaculate presentation
- Outstanding negotiation/selling skills – proven high performer
- Full UK driving licence
