Job Title: Sales Manager – Additive Manufacturing
Location: Tockwith, York
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per year

We boast some of the best 3D Printing and scanning equipment available and work with some incredible clients from a wide range of industries. Our portfolio of work is broad and covers sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Art, Design and Engineering.
We have a love for Rapid prototyping and bringing concepts to life. The successful Sales Manager will have the privilege to speak to inventors and designers who are at the forefront of industrial design.
The Role:
Daily you will be in office here at Fluxaxis and will be part of a five strong team. Your colleagues will be a Production Manager, an Account Manager, a Workshop Manager and a 3D Printing Engineer.
We are an energetic and close-knit team who are really looking forward to having someone with a real drive to push the business forward with a sales minded attitude. We all love being part of Fluxaxis and it want to take it to the next level.
We are seeking someone who has some knowledge of the 3D printing industry, even if it hasn’t been your professional vocation. An understanding of additive manufacturing processes or an engineering sales background will be advantageous in securing this role.
Main Requirements:
- Proven Sales Manager background.
- Technology savvy.
- Additive Manufacturing knowledge (ideal).
- Engineering bias (ideal).
- Self-motivated, positive, and open-minded.
- A target driven individual.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Developing a new business strategy to recruit new clients.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Going out to meet new clients again with a sales mindset.
- Balance multiple clients at one time efficiently.
- Carry out networking in the industry, looking at showcasing at the TCT Event in the future to exhibit what the company can do.
- Create a client chase up system, so we can get needed feedback from customers to help the business whilst going forward for improvements in customer service.
- Learn internal software to manage client contacts.
- Liaison with our marketing support function to inform marketing initiatives.

We are most interested in speaking to individuals local to the Yorkshire region. The role requires attendance at our office in Tockwith, North Yorkshire.
