Overview:
Reporting to your Sales Manager you’ll be establishing growth opportunities with possible prospects, and converting those opportunities into business deals. The growth potential of your client base is almost limitless with our product applicable to any company that is looking to hire themselves. At Bluetown, we do not restrict your market and allow you to find your own clients that work for you. You will also have ownership of any clients you bring on board, and will be account managing accordingly.
The successful candidate will have confidence and demonstratable experience in the full 360 sales cycle, from tackling cold leads to closing deals with ROE booked in place. You’ll have a proven track record within a business-to-business sales environment and will be well versed in account managing clients.
Day to Day Duties:
- Identify and generate potential new leads
- Seeking out new relationships with lapsed clients
- Actively sourcing new leads
- Producing proposals and converting to deals
- Provide weekly forecasts to and keeping an active, organised pipeline
- Being a supportive and productive member of the team
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 2 Years working within a business-to-business sales environment
- Proven delivery of targets
- Affable, personable and enjoys presenting to groups of all sizes and level
