Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £25,000 Based on experience

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for generating interest in face to face and virtual appointments. You will utilise cold/warm calling to set up these meetings with one of the Associate Directors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Generate face to face and virtual appointments
  • Make outbound calls to a predetermined contact number of prospective B2B clients
  • Structure a pre-planned call to a decision maker via the gatekeeper
  • Pitch directly to business owners and group directors
  • Pitch and generate leads for non-core sectors as determined by the company
  • Introduce the company and services offered
  • Gathering & updating of information on CRM system
  • To ensure that your own targets and KPI’s are met & at times exceeded
  • Actively drive career progression and self-growth
  • To promote and comply with the Altius Group’s policies on equal opportunities and in line with the Equality Act 2010.
  • To be responsible for improving your performance by participating in the Performance Appraisal process with your manager.
  • To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities or as necessitated by the needs of the business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Outbound calling experience
  • Previous experience within a telesales environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets.
  • The ability to negotiate and influence
  • Experience of updating data in IT systems
  • Proven track record of customer service, process and telephone skills
  • The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders, employees and clients both internally and externally to the organisation.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Outlook.
