The Role:
Established in 1979, C W Sellors Jewellers is a leading UK fine jewellery and luxury watch specialist. A family run independent jewellery retailer with over 40 years experience, designing and crafting the finest quality diamond and gemstone jewellery.
We are looking for someone to fill the role of sales executive (online). You must have excellent communication skills as you will always be interacting with customers and will be at the forefront of the business. You will recommend products and must be adept at developing rapport with clients and upselling. You will convert sales enquiries into sales. You will develop an appropriate knowledge and understanding of the products their features and services available to customers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Converting client product enquiries into sales.
- Manage and generate leads and sales via email, live chat and telephone.
- Answering customer enquiries, providing information on products and services.
- Processing payments, negotiating sales and placing customer orders.
- After sales service such as managing any customer returns, converting them to a positive outcome.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Team player.
- High degree of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and sales and stock systems.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Previous sales experience.
- Thrive under pressure.
