Lascar Electronics is a fast-growing international electronics business, with offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong, specialising in the design and manufacture of data loggers, smart graphic displays and custom electronic products.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Engineer. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and winning sales opportunities to drive company growth.
Main Duties:
- Manage and grow the company’s OEM sales.
- Help customers define their technical requirements.
- Carry out sales visits to prospective customers.
- Identify, contact and qualify new sales prospects.
- Maintain regular contact with and support existing customers.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Key Skills:
- Technical electronics background.
- Experience of business-to-business sales in a technical field.
- Business and commercial awareness.
- Negotiation skills.
- Professional manner, both face to face and via telephone and email.
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work unsupervised.
