This is a fast-growing international electronics company, specialising in the design and manufacture of IOT devices and smart displays. They have an ambitious growth plan to develop new products and push into new markets in order to remain at the forefront of the electronics industry. They are therefore looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of their growing sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
The role will involve cold calling and you will be primarily developing business by way of lead sourcing, booking appointments, ascertaining needs and overcoming objections. You will follow up on sales leads generated by marketing campaigns to secure and organise sales visits with key decision makers from qualified companies for the sales team to attend.
You will ideally have some previous sales/telesales experience and be highly motivated, focused and target driven. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to build rapport quickly, and not be afraid to persevere in getting past the gatekeeper.
In return they offer a salary in the region of £21,000 depending on skills and experience, together with an attractive benefits package which includes bi-annual discretionary company bonuses based on profitability.
