Job Title: Ski Sales Consultants

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Established in 1996, Ski Safari is one of the UK’s leading independent ski tour operators specialising in tailor-made ski holidays to Canada, USA, Norway, Sweden, Japan and Switzerland.
Based in modern warehouse offices close to the beach in central Hove, we provide holiday packages direct to the customer combining first-hand resort knowledge with first-class advice and service. Ski Safari has been voted the UK’s Best Ski Tour Operator for the last seven years in a row by UK skiers.
About the role:
We are looking for confident, motivated people with strong communication skills to join our established sales team. Working towards sales targets, you will be talking to customers over the phone and by email to establish their requirements and putting together holidays based on your knowledge of our programme, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service both pre- and post-booking.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, with occasional 10 am-6.30 pm weekday shifts and 10am-4pm Saturday shifts. Additional hours are sometimes necessary during the busy winter period. We also work weekend shifts over the peak departure dates at February half-term and Easter
About you:
Ideally you will be a keen skier/snowboarder with at least some experience of selling ski holidays. You should have good general knowledge of the industry and be well travelled. First-hand knowledge of ski resorts in Canada, USA, Japan, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland would be an advantage, however full training on our destinations and products will be provided.
