Job Title: Sales Associate / Appointment Maker

Location: Preston

Salary: Up to £25,000 Based on experience

Job type: Full time – Permanent

The Role

Not only will you be responsible for the securing and qualification of new leads to offer to the Associate Directors but you will also be responsible for the planning of the Associate Directors diaries and delivery of cash targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • To manage/screen leads and book quality appointments for the Associate Directors in line with Company processes and Company Policy
  • Advise on the Company products and service benefits to potential clients
  • To ensure that your own targets and key performance indicators are being met on a daily basis
  • To gather and document information about the customer and accurately record the information in the Company CRM system
  • To build strong relationships with potential customers, colleagues and the field sales team
  • To maintain and manage the diaries for the Associate Directors
  • To deliver a weekly appointment target via telesales/unbooked
  • To maximise the efficiency of the Associate Directors by managing the diaries and travelling distances on a daily and weekly basis
  • Actively drive career progression and self-growth
  • To act professionally at all times and contribute and provide support to the wider lead generation team

The Ideal Candidate

  • The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders, employees and clients both internally and externally to the organisation.
  • The ability to build good strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets.
  • Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
  • Ability to work proactively.
