Job Title: Membership Supervisor
Location: Ormskirk
Salary: Basic salary £21,800 monthly commission Cira £650
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent, 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays.

The Role/Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings via phone. email and in person
- Opening and closing procedures
- Helping to manage the class and gym reservation booking system
- Welcoming members and guests into the club
- Dealing with membership enquiries
- Showing potential new members around the club
- Selling memberships
- Selling clothing and merchandise
- Cashing up procedures
- Always deliver the highest levels of customer service
Qualifications Required:
- Customer Service qualification (desirable)
- Experience of working in a customer focused organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the health and fitness industry
- Previous sales experience (essential)
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Good organisation and time management
- Solid understanding of computer software
- Calm and collected when in a busy environment
- Be a team player – this is essential for Hurlston Hall
