About the Role

Due to significant growth, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to join our existing who make and receive calls in our Stockport office (SK3 0EY). You will be office-based, and we’ll provide you with full training to ensure you’ve got all the tools for success. We are offering a competitive basic salary, commission rewards and an amazing team culture in a fresh and thriving environment.

After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to:

  • Build rapport with your customers on the phone
  • Take ownership of each and every call to maximise opportunity
  • Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
  • Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service
