Job Description:
The Oral Health Foundation is a self-funded charity. We rely on the income from sales of products, for dental and health professionals, to help fund our work and activities.
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales department, with its operations. This varied role needs an enthusiastic and energetic individual to be involved in all areas of the department.
This will include liaising with customers, helping them with their orders and finding solutions to enquiries. You will need to learn quickly and keep our web shop updated. You will also be purchasing goods from suppliers, maintaining relationships and sourcing new products, and creating some too! We look after all our own artwork files and need to maintain key messaging upon all printed materials so you will need a keen eye. And there will be assistance required for planning and attending exhibitions.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, however we would be pleased to receive applications from those who would like part time hours.
Essential:
You will be English speaking, and you should possess administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
We’d like you to have a can-do attitude, be well organised with a strong attention to detail. And great verbal and written communication skills will be important too.
Ideal:
A car owner and have a full UK driving licence. Sales and customer service experience would be preferred. A working knowledge of SAGE would be beneficial but not essential as we are happy to train you.
The role is hybrid working, primarily working from home, with sometime spent in our offices (Wednesday and Friday currently).
On occasion you may need to visit our warehouse space at different premises so will need to be flexible and willing to get your hands just a little dirty!
