Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 Per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm

About the Role:
We are keen to recruit a full-time experienced Sales Administrator to join our friendly team based in Poulton- le-Fylde, Lancashire.
Basic Daily Tasks:
- Processing purchase orders
- Issuing sales invoices
- Maintaining and updating customer records and contact details
- Maintaining regular contact with customers by phone and e-mail
- Assist in the development and circulation of marketing and merchandising material
- Provide support to office manager and holiday cover
Skills Required
- Excellent Communicator and confident telephone manner
- Problem Solving skills
- Excellent IT skills – including Office 365 and Excel
- Prior experience in Accounts and CRM systems preferred
- Strong team player, with ability to work using own initiative when necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prepared to take ownership of tasks
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy
- Keen to learn new things and develop skills and competence
- An ability to offer a very high level of customer service.
- Must be reliable, proactive and enthusiastic
