About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our team to assist our account managers and sales representatives with preparing customer quotations and sales orders.
You will be responsible for assisting with the administration of all sales related enquiries such as supplier pricing, preparing quotations, customer requests for new orders, sales paperwork and managing sales diaries and appointments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone to inbound calls from customers who require quotations
- Searching for pricing across all supplier platforms to facilitate quotes
- Preparing sales quotes on behalf of our account managers
- Assisting the account managers and sales team with admin tasks
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up quotes on the telephone and email
- Assist with managing diaries and appointments
Job Experience Required:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Renumeration and Benefits:
